About Me

Ohiole Kadiri  practices with the firm’s banking and finance, corporate and commercial law, and tax departments. 

Ohiole acts as legal counsel to Nigeria’s leading financial institutions as well as two regional development financial institutions (DFIs). He is often mandated to advise on banks’ lending arrangements and other forms of specialized finance, as well as on compliance with the banking and financial services regulatory regime in Nigeria. 

Ohiole advises borrowers from the public and private sector and non-bank lenders such as sector-specific financiers, investment houses, and private equity funds that have direct and indirect interests in lending arrangements. 

Ohiole also advises on tax law and is currently studying for an advanced post-graduate diploma in Tax & Revenue Planning and Administration from the East African School of Taxation, one of the region’s leading specialist tax schools in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in law from Ambrose Alli University.
